I specialize in mindful, intuitive and focused bodywork tailored specifically and carefully to each client and their needs. Drawing from various modalities I've studied such as Swedish, Shiatsu, Chair Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Acupressure, Sports and more, to create a personalized and effective session.
A Graduate of National Holistic Institute (Emeryville, CA) with over 1450 hours of massage training and applied sciences. In addition to training, I have over 3 years of teaching and over 8 years of massage experience that has further cultivated my ability to attune to what the body needs.
