Prenatal

Prenatal massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women.It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and relieves mental and physical fatigue. It is also helpful in preparing the mother-to-be for labor and give her nurturing emotional support. Extra pillow support and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Trigger Point

Trigger point therapy focuses on the release of tension around specific nerve centers found throughout your body. Also known as neuromuscular therapy, it consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle tension, the therapeutic pressure and massage typically produces initial soreness and "good pain" in muscle tissue. It is great for relieving overused muscles, decreasing chronic pain, and improving mobility and range of motion in muscles. This form of massage includes full assessment and reassessment of targeted muscle groups.

On Site Chair Massage

Chair massage is provided as a way for you to experience the benefits of stress reduction and therapeutic massage easily, in the work, exercise or entertainment environment. Chair massage takes place in a portable massage chair. You, the client, remains fully clothed while the therapist applies massage techniques to areas of tension that concern you. Common areas of concern include the head, neck, shoulders, back (upper, mid and lower), arm and hand muscles.
